Aisha Hinds, an American actress who is best recognized for her roles on the television shows The Shield and True Blood. In the years since her debut, she's shown her versatility by performing on series such as Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. Her first recognition came from her performance as Anna in 2005's film Assault on Precinct 13. The first time she was recognized was for her part in the biographical film All the Way. Hind is also being recognized for her role performed as Harriet Tubman within WGN America's drama series set in the past called Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television renewed 9-1-1 for a brand new season. Hind finished filming in the last few days in the Hollywood flick Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The film is scheduled to be released in mid-2019.
